Urban graffiti pugs of the world UNITE!

The unstoppable Moose The Pug has come to bat eyelashes and snuffle some stuffed animals. This week we had the pleasure of chatting with the cutest Canadian pug and graffiti expert. Moose The Pug is here to give you the scoop on his wacky nicknames, who is his IG dream date, and some amazing photography tips for you Instagram enthusiasts!

Where do you live?
In Toronto, Ontario

How did you get the name Moose? 
My hoomans thought that the name Moose would be cute for a pug and is also a very Canadian animal.

How old are you?
I'm 2.5 years old

Do you have any nicknames?
Mainly Moosie, but I also get called Moose the Pug, Monkey, Turkey, and Pug.

What do you love most about living in Toronto?
Probably being able to explore the city. We are lucky to live downtown and spend a lot of time out and about.

You take so many awesome pictures of graffiti.
What do you love about graffiti and what got you interested in it?
We've always loved art, and there are so many talented street artists around. As we are often out exploring, this became a regular way to incorporate street art into my account. 

You must travel a lot for all these shots! What's your favourit destination so far?
Most of the graffiti shots are taken around Toronto, New York and Brooklyn. Brooklyn has probably been our favourit so far as the murals are different every time we go back. 

Any tips for aspiring pug travel photographers?
My hoomans take all of my photos with an Iphone and natural light. They find the best time to take photos is during the afternoon on an cloudy day. 

What’s Your Greatest Talent?
I go to agility class every week so like to think I am getting pretty good at all those tunnels and jumps.

Whats your favorite snack/treats?
Peanut butter!

Do you sleep in or wake everybody up?
I used to get up very early at 5 am wanting breakfast. Lately I've been sleeping in until 6 or 7. 

Do you have a favorite toy?
My stuffed Moose is my favorite toy; I sleep with it every night

Do you have any bad habits?
My hoomans would say that I like barking at squirrels in the backyard, but I am just trying to protect my space. 

Moose, who is your instagram crush and describe your dream date?
My Instagram crush is definitely my girlfriend Rosie @thedutchpugsisters. She lives in the Netherlands. My dream date would be to travel and surprise her. I'd bring her flowers, and take her to her favourite park so we could have a picnic for dinner. We'd probably have pizza.
